This online form provides a means to complete the following application requirements:

  • Online Application Fee of $40
  • TOEFL scores (not required for U.S. Citizens)
  • Resume or Work History (unless choosing email or postal mail to send your resume or work history instead)

If your program requires letters of recommendation and you are unable to download the form or require an ADA accessible version, you may request a copy be emailed to you by the PACE Graduate Admissions Counselor. You will be sent an invitation to complete the form using DocuSign.

Additional Business Administration Program Requirements

There are no additional requirements, and no letters of recommendation are required.

Additional Pastoral Theology Program Requirements

  • Official Transcripts demonstrating completion of a Bachelor's degree in a theology or religious studies related field.
  • Letter of Intent
    • "Why do you want a MPT/MAPL degree and how do you plan to use it?"
  • One page Article Reflection Essay, typed, double-spaced, 12 pt. font
    • Upon receipt of your application, the Graduate Admissions Counselor will email you the article, Eating with Honor: The Corinthian Lord’s Supper in Light of Voluntary Association Meal Practices.
    • Explain why Paul deplored the honor of shame code of the Corinthian cultural environment in relation to Eucharist. According to Rachel McRae, how does Paul reconfigure the behaviors of the Mediterranean world for the followers of Christ as the Lord's Supper?
  • 2 Letters of recommendation

Letters of Recommendation

This section is not required but provides a convenience for you such that the the PACE office will obtain the necessary letters of recommendation for you if required for your program.

After you submit your recommenders’ contact information below, the recommenders will receive an email confirmation with a personalized link to complete and sign a formatted online recommendation form which Chaminade will have access to upon completion. Please notify your recommenders before completing the section below.

  • Individuals who are qualified to comment on the applicant's potential for successful graduate study in their program of interest.
  • Professor, advisor, supervisor, employer or professional colleague.
  • Letters from family members, co-workers, or friends do not fulfill the letter of recommendation requirements.
